SAM ROBBINS
On joining FALLING LIKE STARS:

Working on the songs for Falling Like Stars has been a new and great experience for me. I’ve worked on my craft as an acoustic singer-songwriter on my own for years, and it’s been amazing to try to bring music to life in another character. I’m very grateful to Judy for including me as a part of this project. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the process of realizing her visions with the sound of the music and the vibe of the character. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

SAM ROBBINS
Singer / Guitarist

Nashville based musician Sam Robbins describes himself as an “old soul singer-songwriter”. While Sam’s music evokes classic singer-songwriters like James Taylor and Jackson Browne, his unique style adds a modern, upbeat edge to the storyteller troubadour persona.

In September 2019, Sam moved to Nashville, following his graduation from Berklee College of Music. Since then he has made a splash in Music City, performing at the legendary Bluebird Cafe within a month of moving there. He sat in again at the Bluebird with Liz Longley and was the audience winner of the “Nashville Rising Song” qualifier.

Sam is an avid performer and is gaining recognition from extensive touring. Over his career, Sam has played more than 700 shows across the country. These have included theaters, house concerts, dive bars, biker bars, weddings, proposals, frat parties, and everything in between.

Landing a spot on NBC’s The Voice, he was the first artist to perform a Jim Croce song.

Sam’s debut album, Finally Feeling Young, will be released in May 2021.
